Rönesans Tower (Allianz Tower), one of the busiest districts of Istanbul, which is situated in the Kozyatagı district. The building in the way of the busiest environment in this region, draws attention with fractured lines glass facades designed by FX Fowle Architects.

Interior design of Rönesans Tower Headquarter, a landmark project that reflects the dynamic and visionary spirit of one of the leading construction and engineering firms in Turkey. The design of Rönesans Tower was created to support the company’s global reach, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional excellence. With a focus on creating a flexible, modern, and sustainable workplace, the headquarters serves as a true reflection of Rönesans’ commitment to excellence in construction and real estate development.

The project received European Property Award in 2015 in Interior Design Category from United Kingdom.

Concept Design
The design concept for Rönesans Tower Headquarters was driven by the vision of blending modern aesthetics with functional workspace solutions, ensuring an environment conducive to innovation, teamwork, and productivity. As a design principle is warm, modern and refreshing concepts were taken into consideration. Welcome desk located in the main entrance and internal circular staircase combines solid support this fiction. Overall create a different design loft office in a skyscraper and changing the skyscraper building typology was developed on fiction.
